My path
From a trip to a new journey
In the 2019, During a humanitarian experience in Bolivia I met the macramè, An ancient art of knots that fascinated me immediately.
Only later did I find that this technique also exists in the Sardinian textile tradition, e che, in un certo senso, scorreva già nelle mani delle mie ancestre, tutte tessitrici.
L’esperienza in Bolivia mi ha fatto assaporare la libertà di una vita vicina alla creatività e alla ricerca interiore e ho deciso di unire l’artigianato, le conoscenze di cristalloterapia e il ‘lavoro interiore’, completely transforming my life.

COUNSELING
Jewels, Crystals and awareness
Ho intrapreso un percorso di crescita personale profondo, that led me to explore my inner world and my wounds and to understand the fundamental emotional and energy dynamics of the human being.
Sono counselor di crescita personale con orientamento emotivo-energetico e mi occupo Cristalloterapia per il femminile, approfondendo l’uso di strumenti come gli yoni eggs e altri strumenti cristallini, per accompagnare nel percorso di consapevolezza.
Sono co creatrice del progetto Nude Retreat, un ciclo di incontri e ritiri sull’esplorazione del piacere femminile e della nudità come espressione autentica.
Unire il counselling e artigianato artistico è per me un movimento vivo di ricerca, ascolto e creatività, un intreccio sottile da condividere con chi desidera intraprendere un cammino di crescita.
